The Airport Wait Redux - Part 1 / ?
I am currently writing this from where most bloggers gain inspiration.
Any Starbucks ever.
But more specifically I'm writing this from a Starbucks in the Bangkok international airport. We are on hour two of four before we are allowed to check into our flight. In total we have a six hour layover in Bangkok where we then take a three hour flight into China. There, we have a nine hour layover until our twelve hour flight into Vancouver. Jack keeps saying that he planned the layovers specifically because he wanted a day to explore mainland China but I stand by my statement of it being ridiculous. Layovers suck and making one intentionally longer doubly sucks. He insists that I'll totally enjoy it but for a person who has actively witnessed what I'm like on low sleep he, in my opinion, made a poor judgment call.
Anyway enough of me bitching, I'm just really tired and want to be back home now rather than in thirty hours.
I thought I'd give you all a quick update before my flight to China because the great fire wall is super real there and I'm not sure if I'll be able to post from there.
Talk later when I've gotten a bit more sleep.
