The overall workflow and timeline will depend on the scope and scale of the project however, all of my web-based consultancy projects are made up of these stages:
Initial Meeting (1 hour session + Research Session)

This package is perfect if you have a preexisting web product and want to bring it into the 21st century. With this package you will receive:
A completely refreshed, updated, modern looking web product ready to attract consumers.
1 Initial Meeting, 2 Wireframe Meetings(as needed and complementary post-meeting Revision Session included), 1 Prototype Meeting (as needed and complementary post-meeting Revision Session included), 1Build Out Meeting and 1 Revisions & Feedback Meeting. Extra sessions will cost $100 each + subsequent labour.
Ability to add-on stock imagery & basic graphics for a small charge (roughly $10 per image)
Final price will vary by project however the Redesign, Renovate, Rebuild package will cost $2,500 CAD (plus or minus 15%) and take approximately 20 hours.

This is the perfect package for a client needing a simple landing page or microsite. This package comes with:
A 1-page scroller with “About Me” and “Contact” sections / sub-pages included.
1 Initial Meeting,1 Build Out Session and 1 Revisions Session. Extra sessions will cost $100 each + subsequent labour.
Ability to add-on stock imagery & basic graphics for a small charge (roughly $10 per image)
Final price will vary by project however the Quick & Easy package will cost $1,250 (plus or minus 15%) and take approximately 10 hours.

Nope! The best thing about working in the digital space is that I am 100% global. That being said having a face-to-face consultation session is always preferable but I am more than willing to hold meetings on platforms like Facetime, WhatsApp, Zoom and/or Skype!
Providing value for your money is an important concern of mine. Especially when first delving into the digital environment if you are not careful costs can quickly pile up. This is why I will always be transparent with my fees and prices. There is a one-time processing fee of $100 CAD / £50 GBP / $75 USD for the first consultation session. This will include a write up of our conversation and a summary of future plans and goals. From there I charge an hourly-fee starting at $175 CAD / £75 GBP / $150 USD. Fee structure is negotiated based on the scale of the contract and the size of the organization. On top of the work done within each hour I will provide a document outlining how I allocated that time; in order to provide the best possible explanation of how your money is used.
Sometimes an hourly rate is unreasonable for specific tasks and so, in that case, a contract can be negotiated.
