The overall workflow and timeline will depend on the scope and scale of the project however, all of my web-based consultancy projects are made up of these stages:

  1. Initial Meeting (1 hour session + Research Session)

  2. Wireframe 1
    (more iterations dependant on project scope, 1 Feedback incl.)

  3. Prototype 1
    (more iterations dependant on project scope, 1 Feedback incl.)

  4. Build Out Meeting (A live or video walkthrough of the completed site.)

  5. Revisions & Feedback (number of revisions will vary by project/package.)

  6. Launch Day (woo!)

  7. Marketing & Brand Building (This will depend on the goals and project)

Through working with my various clients over the years I’ve recognised some commonalities in the types of projects I take on. After some fine-tuning and deliberation I’ve developed 3 custom packages which reflect the types of projects I regularly encounter.

We’re starting from scratch.
This package is for large scale projects which require a personalised step-by-step design experience. Deliverables and Milestones will include:

  • A brand new, bespoke website with as much customisation as you require.

  • 1 Initial Meeting, Unlimited Wireframe Meetings (as needed and complementary post-meeting Revision Session included), Unlimited Prototype Meetings (as needed and complementary post-meeting Revision Session included), Unlimited Build Out Meetings and Unlimited Revisions & Feedback Meeting.

Final price will vary by project however the From the Ground Up package will cost approx. $4,000 (plus or minus 15%) and delivery time is dependant on the needs of the client and scope of the project.

Redesign, Renovate, Rebuild
Redesign, Renovate, Rebuild

This package is perfect if you have a preexisting web product and want to bring it into the 21st century. With this package you will receive:

  • A completely refreshed, updated, modern looking web product ready to attract consumers.

  • 1 Initial Meeting, 2 Wireframe Meetings (as needed and complementary post-meeting Revision Session included), 1 Prototype Meeting (as needed and complementary post-meeting Revision Session included), 1 Build Out Meeting and 1 Revisions & Feedback Meeting. Extra sessions will cost $100 each + subsequent labour.

  • Ability to add-on stock imagery & basic graphics for a small charge (roughly $10 per image)

Final price will vary by project however the Redesign, Renovate, Rebuild package will cost $2,250 CAD (plus or minus 15%) and take approximately 20 hours.
Estimated delivery time: 7-10 business days.

Quick & Easy
Quick & Easy

This is the perfect package for a client needing a simple landing page or microsite. This package comes with:

  • A 1-page scroller with “About Me” and “Contact” sections / sub-pages included.

  • 1 Initial Meeting, 1 Build Out Session and 1 Revisions Session. Extra sessions will cost $100 each + subsequent labour.

  • Ability to add-on stock imagery & basic graphics for a small charge (roughly $10 per image)

Final price will vary by project however the Quick & Easy package will cost $1,000 (plus or minus 15%) and take approximately 10 hours.
Estimated delivery time: 3-4 business days.
