Oh Those Travel Days Ft. Hungover Graeme / Jack

So I went to a rave last night....

Mom don't worry I didn't do anything stupid... well nothing illicit anyway so calm down.  I stuck to plain old alcohol and adrenaline to get me through the night.
In all honestly it was a super cool side of Prague that not many tourists probably get to experience in a three or four day stay.

How is it that I managed to tag along on such an adventure?
Well basically our AirBnb host invited me along as I had been hanging out with him a bit over our stay.  At around six in the evening the two of us and his other flat mate got dressed and ran to catch the tram.

It was an experience, albeit a somewhat indescribable one.
If I'm honest I feel it would've been a bit more interesting if I had been on something other than alcohol.  I did get offered Speed but as I'm ADHD I really didn't feel like taking a dose of my medication so late in the evening.  Looking back on it I guess that would've been the entire point but I've fucked with my brain chemistry enough throughout my life so I made the choice and just stuck with beer.
The venue was off the beaten path in Prague and not somewhere you'd go without insider know-how.  The company holding the rave was using an abandoned rail-way station and had erected a dance floor and lighting rig for the general amusement of all.

I will say I am glad I went out but I ran out of Czech currency early in the night and the people at the bar didn't accept euros so getting steadily more sober at a complete inverse of the people around me got rather tiring fast.
At around 1am I decided it was time to make my exit.  My train was ready to depart so to speak.
But the night was still young so I went on and met up with Jack who was at a gay bar close to our house.
We danced and partied and made out with random strangers until around 3am when we decided it was in both of our best interests to go home.

The hills are alive with the sound of ........ wind power?

As for today it's been very uneventful as we've been on a coach for most of it.  Leaving Prague we have now made our way to Vienna and to our new Airbnb.  Apparently this city, above all the ones we're traveling too, is the most expensive so I'll really have to watch what I'm spending.

I honestly have no idea what to do in Vienna so if any of you have any suggestions please leave them as a comment!!

Until tomorrow
