A Tale of Two Cities - Ft. Drunk Graeme

Sorry about not posting yesterday, I got invited out for drinks by a friend and got way drunker than I thought I would.  Regardless this one will cover yesterday and today.

In all honesty I really didn't do much yesterday.  Jack and I went and saw St.Stephens Cathedral before grabbing lunch and parting ways.  The church is free to enter and was consecrated in 1100 or so which means it has a rather gothic architectural style.  Definitely an interesting look-around if anything.

From there I meant to go check out the museum of natural history (which was opposite the museum I had gone to the previous day) but for some reason it was closed.
Not having had a shower that morning and just being generally hot and sticky I made the executive decision to head back to the Airbnb, shower and take a nap. Jack on the other hand went off on his own and had a solo day exploring the Schonbrunn Palace, Vienna's #1 tourist destination apparently.

As I said in the first sentence I was invited out to drinks by a friend so around eight that night I ended up walking across town to meet him and his boyfriend at a cocktail bar.
One thing led to another and I ended up back home at 3am completed plastered.
My hangover the next day confirmed it...
But hey, when in Vienna... get drunk?

The next day (today) we got our bus to Bratislava.  Actually on the recommendation of my friend we've changed our trip plans around slightly and are taking one less day in Bratislava and adding it onto our stay in Budapest.  Bratislava Is apparently a city you can really do in a day and Budapest is larger than Prague.

We've really just wandered the city today seeing what things Bratislava has to offer. Turns out, a lot of gothic and medival architecture.
Tomorrow will be the actual sight seeing day of going to castles and probably in my case a museum.  Then shortly there after we're off to Budapest.

I'll catch you guys tomorrow.
